Farm Frites is an ambitious family-owned company that manages the journey of delicious potato products from farm to fork all over the world. The company selects and grows potatoes and processes and packages them very soon after they are harvested. This growth story began in 1971. It was founded on sound country values such as mutual respect, a sense of responsibility and care for each other and nature. It employs roughly 1,500 people spread across several locations and countries. Farm Frites wants to offer its employees an environment where they can discover and develop their talents.
No more manual calculations
Farm Frites needed a successful approach as it prepared for more growth. The company wanted to increase its efficiency without sacrificing its flexibility.

One of the first things we needed to do was improve our administrative processes. “We were still using different systems, mostly in Excel. We also still had those old-fashioned clock cards. Our HR staff were spending a great deal of time each month counting working hours. The leave administration was also very time-consuming and that was transferred manually to another system afterwards. We definitely wanted to do better," Corinne Meijer, Managing Analyst at Farm Frites, says. “The manual work had to go."
